PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Christina Cheli has been a practicing attorney in Florida since 1997. She assists clients in matters concerning business formation and business transactions including stock/asset purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters and general business matters. In addition, Ms. Cheli handles real estate transactions including representing buyers and sellers in residential closings and related matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Cheli was general counsel for an emerging technology company and interned at the Legal Aid Society of Broward County assisting with client intake in the Family Law Unit.
